Steed is determined to uncover the identity of the Fox so when Purdey discovers that the villain received regular gifts from Arkoff, a courier, the New Avengers lie in wait at the next pick-up point, a deserted boat marina on Lake Ontario. After a short time a water-skier makes a quick and spectaculair pick-up of the suitcase carrying the money.
