Important businessmen are murdered in a short time by, as it seems, a huge bird of prey. Steed and Emma meet a strange professor who has invented boots which you can use to climb onto walls. He has sold a pair of boots to a company which makes comics/stories. The painted victims in the comics are looking exactly like the real victims.
