A scientist is working at a drawing -table at the ministry of science. Suddenly a strange man comes in on boots and his face is painted white with a kind of make up. he stretches a finger and touches the scientist which causes him electrocuted. Soon it appears some people are trying to erase all the traces of a new invention of broadcast power. Steed and Emma find these people. Emma is wrapped in tinfoil and loaded with a high voltage, nearly electrocuted. But Steed is just in time to safe her.
