A file is missing which probably contains the formula to become invisible, so says an excentric scientist who claimed to have invented the formula. At the same time there is at the embassy of the Eastern Block a high visitor but he isn't seen for a long time. Invisible? Reason enough for Steed and Emma to investigate that strange case.
