When two Italians are brought together in the office of a circus artist agency, one, Carlo, knows that the other is a complete stranger to him. The second italian, Sica, is a member of the Mafia and has been ordered to kill Steed. Sica knows that Carlo joined the mafia when young, and is still bound by the sacred oath.
