The method used is so diabolically clever that One-Ten is certain that the killer can only be Mr Teddy Bear, a professional assasin, of no political allegiance, who works for the best paying side. Steed's department has long been after the killer, and to finaly trap him, One-Ten tells Cathy to commision him to murder John Steed.
